Sophia Price
Trackside Communications Dir | Co-Founder
Sophia Price began her journey into motorsports in 2017 when her sister, Erin Price, brought her into Scott Dollahite Racing. There, Sophia was introduced to the fast-paced, detail-driven world of racing while supporting the team through marketing and promotional efforts, helping build visibility and engagement around the program.
That early experience laid the foundation for her transition from behind-the-scenes work into track-side roles, eventually leading her into a dedicated support position alongside Erin as her racing career progressed.
Now part of an all-female race team, Sophia plays a key role in strengthening female representation within a traditionally male-dominated motorsport environment. She is a core member of a competitive Spec Miata program, known for her sharp instincts, calm communication, and steady presence in the paddock.
As a spotter and race-day support lead, Sophia contributes directly to on-track performance by relaying real-time information, calling flags, and helping the driver maintain focus during intense wheel-to-wheel racing. Her ability to stay composed under pressure makes her an integral part of race execution.
Beyond the radio, Sophia is deeply involved in the operational and logistical side of race weekends. From pre-race preparation to in-paddock coordination, she helps ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing the driver to stay locked in on performance and continuous improvement.
Working closely alongside her sisters, Sophia brings a balance of strategy, teamwork, and professionalism to the racing environment. Together, they demonstrate the impact of strong female leadership and collaboration in motorsport — proving that competitive success is built through preparation, communication, and trust both on and off the track. Sophia hopes to eventually join the women in racing as she loves driving on track.
